Coral Cross Pendant or Necklace
This Faux Coral necklace was inspired by the often-seen Coral cross pendants and necklaces of the early 19th Century. This style came into fashion about 1800 and remained popular ever since! It was particularly common from 1800-1830.
It's made with a stone called Dolomite which has been dyed a soft coral orange/pink. It can be purchased as a full necklace with matching "coral" beads or as a pendant alone. The pendant can be worn on a chain or on a ribbon.
The necklace itself is 16" long with a 3" extender chain for flexible sizing. The pendant measures a little over 2" long.
